When you submit an enquiry, we process your name or company name, email address, selected subject, message content and information necessary to handle the enquiry. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in handling other correspondence). Records of correspondence may also be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Where you separately consent to optional analytics, the website records information about visited paths, the referring domain, device category and browser type. This analytics module does not store your full IP address or an identifier intended to track you between visits. Optional analytics rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and relevant Polish electronic communications law. Essential technical data may be processed for website security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Recipients of data
Personal data may be accessed by authorised Operator personnel and by service providers supporting hosting, email and IT operations, subject to applicable agreements and law. Data may also be disclosed to authorities entitled to receive it under applicable law.
4. Retention periods
Form enquiries are stored for the time needed to handle the matter and generally no longer than 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to protect legal claims. Analytics records are removed automatically after a maximum of 90 days. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days or until withdrawn.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
6. Voluntary provision of data
Providing information through the forms is voluntary but necessary if you wish to receive a response. Consent to analytics is optional and is not required to access the website.

The actual locations of hosting and email service providers should be confirmed before assessing any transfers outside the European Economic Area. The website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for visitors. Enquiry data is stored within a protected section of the system.
